Room prices include ALL fees and taxes. There are no extra fees like there are with AirBnB

You are booking one room but have full access to all shared spaces including the living room , study hall patio and pool.

The house has a max of 4 renters at a time.

If you have 2 or more rotations in a row you can stay in your room the whole time for no extra fees.

There are 2 bathrooms. You will share a bathroom with one other person max.

To be fair to all students, if your rotation is changed to either out of the state of Florida or to a location > 75 miles from the house, you may cancel up to 4 weeks before your move it date and receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 4 weeks prior to your move in date there is no refund unless you are able to find a student who wishes to take your place in the scenario where there are no students on the waiting list.

The house is fully stocked with all bed linens and towels. Dishes, pots, pans, silverware, bowls and cups are also provided. Before your stay and 2 weeks into your stay the house will be fully cleaned and all linens will be washed for you and put back on your bed and in your closet.

The house has a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.

The house has been upgraded to hurricane impact windows and a new roof and is a complete concrete structure. The house is also elevated and is flood protected as well.
