No. Our pricing is fully transparent and includes all fees and taxes. No surprise charges like many short-term rentals or Airbnb properties.
You reserve one private room and enjoy full access to all shared spaces, including the living room, study area, patio, and pool.
Clinical Stays accommodates a maximum of four students at a time, creating a peaceful and comfortable living environment.
Yes. If you have consecutive rotations, you may remain in your room during the transition at no additional cost.
There are two bathrooms in the home. Each bathroom is shared with only one other student maximum.
If your rotation is changed to a location outside Florida or more than 75 miles from the house, you may cancel up to four weeks before move-in for a full refund. Cancellations within four weeks are non-refundable unless another student takes your spot.
No. The home is fully stocked with bed linens, towels, dishes, cookware, utensils, and essentials. Professional cleaning is provided before your stay and again two weeks into your stay.
Yes. The home includes a full-size washer and dryer for student use.
The home includes impact windows, a new roof, solid concrete construction, and elevated flood protection for added safety and peace of mind.
